This Data Processing Agreement ("DPA") forms part of the agreement between SprtIQ (the "Processor") and the organisation using the service (the "Controller"). It reflects the parties' obligations regarding the processing of personal data under applicable data-protection law, including the UK GDPR and EU GDPR.
Scope of processing
We process personal data only on the documented instructions of the Controller and only for the purpose of providing the SprtIQ platform.
Our commitments
- Confidentiality obligations for all personnel with data access.
- Appropriate technical and organisational security measures.
- Assistance with data-subject requests and breach notification.
- Deletion or return of personal data on termination.
- Use of vetted sub-processors under equivalent obligations.
